so, it has all kicked in and while I can't say my back is 100%, it is at least in the 90 percentile and I can live with that! Thank you Jesus for answered prayer!

so, we are heading out for a beautiful fun-filled night on the town in the big city of Seattle! Maybe by the time this night is over my sweetie will have figured out his big decision about Honduras....
