What a lovely day yesterday was!

From the quiet leisurely morning by the fire to the elegant experience of lunch at Il Caffe Refugio.

custom made lunch of gluten free pasta!

 with bacon and creamy sauce, followed by an amazing dessert!

all gone~
 

then a drive down by the river to see the bald eagles (oh my!) all with my sweet man at my side-- who said "as you wish" to everything i suggested!!




then a visit with 2 very dear friends-- the day was exactly what I had hoped for... the fragrant aroma of the unfurling rose!


my day ended with a yahoo chat session with my bestest sister. A Perfectly lovely day!
