is the snow that has fallen.

That said, it must be pointed out that it IS April 21 and the first day of spring was over a month ago. This is not usual weather for this part of the PNW for this time of year. The poor poor Tulips trying to bloom in Skagit Valley must be so confused!!

Still, there is much to be thankful for.  May this day be a blessing to all!
