Today is my birthday!
I am 67 years old today. I'm not afraid to state my age. It's taken me a long time to get so comfortable with who I am, but I like the ME I've become.
I have overcome many hard times; I have celebrated good times. I've laughed. I've cried. I've love and lost and love and won! I've gone round in circles; I've struggled up hills and rolled down others and sprinted in between! Life has and always will be an adventure.
I've run away from God more times than I'd like to admit but I am forever grateful for His Love that pursues me and His Grace that welcomes me back.
I have a rich life when I count the numerous blessings of relationships with so many amazing people. I am excited for this next year of living and what it will bring! With God's help, I will continue to live faithfully, love fully and laugh freely and I hope I get to share some of that with both old and new friends in my life.
