More Broken Bones??!!

My poor cat! Took Toddy to the vet this morning because of his limping and swollen paw. It's broken!! The vet says it would appear to him that Toddy was either stepped on or perhaps a door got slammed shut on him. Well, since we've been gone for 3 days, I have no idea how this could have happened and I don't think Toddy will tell me!!

He has to stay with the Vet thru Monday so they can get his paw splinted and make sure it's gonna stay put. Then when he comes home he will need to be confined so he does NO jumping. whoo-boy. that'll be a toughie. I have a friend who has a large kennel type cage for dogs and I think this might work well for this time. We're talking SIX WEEKS. Just like Mom. Can I put Mom in a cage too? just kidding!!
